Valve list, drawing, MTO, nameplate photo, old part reference or known service conditions.

Type, size, pressure, material, seat, connection, operation, service and applicable standard.

Output: reviewable configuration

Align quotation scope

Quantity, unit basis, documents, inspection, marking, packing and commercial conditions.

Output: comparable quotation

Control approval

Resolve deviations and approve the required drawing or datasheet revision before release.

Output: controlled order basis

Review release records

Check the agreed material, inspection, test, marking and packing records against the order index.

Output: defined release package

Compare quotations on the same basis.

A lower price may exclude documentation, testing, special materials, actuation, packing or freight. Make exclusions visible before suppliers are compared.
