Quality / document scope

Quality is easier to review when the records are named.

A claim such as “quality assured” is not a document package. Before quotation, define which inspection, material and test records are actually required.

Typical document questions

  • Is a product drawing required for approval?
  • Are material certificates required for pressure-bound parts?
  • Which pressure or seat test record is required?
  • Is an inspection and test plan needed?
  • What marking, packing and identification must be visible?

Publication policy

Hande will not publish a certificate logo, factory claim or test result without the underlying document, issuing organization, scope, issue date and validity information. This page is a framework for the future document library, not a substitute for a certificate.
