Valve RFQ checklist

The more of the following information you can provide, the fewer assumptions are needed before a quotation can be prepared.

Useful information to include

Valve type and intended service
Nominal size, pressure class and quantity
Body, trim, seat and gasket material
Fluid, temperature and pressure conditions
End connection and applicable standard
Drawing, MTO, nameplate photo or existing part reference
Required inspection, test and document scope
Packaging, marking and delivery requirements

If some information is missing, send the request anyway. A clear list of unknowns is more useful than an assumed specification.
